There is a small goat farm (goats, chickens) aside the property. During the season you can buy domestic products (homemade bread, goat milk and cheese, eggs, marmalade - the regional food - the best marmalade of the world 2016).

The nearest swimming pool at Tajch 1 km (water surface 1,5 ha), water dam Tatrovice 7 km (sandy and grassy beaches), bathing in a nearby flooded quarry, Vítkov swimming pool (the longest water slide in Central Europe), thermal swimming pool with year-round run in Karlovy Vary, tennis courts 1 km away. The nearest ski lift Kraslice 10 km. Summer and winter tourism (Blatenský příkop, Tisovský vrch, Plešivec, Boží Dar, Klínovec), trips-Božídarské rašeliniště, Velké jeřabí jezero, Svatošské skály, Špičák u Přebuzi, Přebuz National Park, Rolavská vrchovisko National Nature Reserve, The Great Marsh, the most famous Czech spa in Karlovy Vary, Loket Castle and Bečov nad Teplou, a visit to Germany (Oberwiesenthal).
